Culinary Adventure Tours 2015

Join Chef Todd on an unforgettable journey through the back roads of France. Each trip is designed to highlight a different region and will include world-class restaurants and cultural visits. Chef Todd has been hosting tours for the past eight years and offers his guests a unique experience from a chef's perspective.

Truffle Hunting in the Southwest of France

This week is all about the mysterious black truffle. We will hunt for the elusive fungus with “Kiki” the pig. Other highlights include a visit to the caves of Pech Merle, tour the cliffs of Rocamadour, feast on multi-course truffle dinners, and visit two wineries for a tour and tasting.

Burgundy Wine Tour

Tour the back roads of Pommard, Nuits-St.-Georges, Volnay, Gevrey-Chambertin, Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet, Beaune, & Chambolle Musigny. We will also visit an organic farm for lunch, tour a cooperage, and spend some time in cellars.

 • May 25-31, 2015. $6,800 per couple, $3,800 single

Provence Discovery Tour

Provence is the land of Van Gogh, Cezanne, Peter Mayle, lavender fields, sunflowers, olive oil, and amazing food. You will feast on Bouillabaisse in Marseilles, visit the pope's palace in Avignon, taste wine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, visit a goat cheese farm, and marvel at the quarry of lights in Les Baux, the most unique experience I have ever had in France. The farmer's market alone would be worth the trip.

 • June 8-14 or June 15-21, 2015. $7,300 per couple, $4,500 single
